Birthday Wishes

Hi, Henriette here sharing a birthday card with you today.
I've used different sets for this card; the present from the birthday elephant set, the balloon from the monkey set and the sentiment from the birthday mouse set.

Birthday Elephant Digital Stamps            Birthday Monkey Digital Stamps

                                   Birthday Mouse Digital Stamps

I've colored the images with spectrum noir markers. The paper is from a Dutch store (action).

I just love the color combination white, pink and light green.
All the stamps can be found in the Pretty cute stamps shop.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Henriette

Spooky Spinner Card

Hi, Henriette here today sharing Halloween spinner card.
For this card I used the "my boo" set.

To create the backside for this spinner I've flipped the ghost digital stamp in photoshop to make a mirrowed image.
You can also do this in other programs like paint.
Then I added the face to the front part, printed both sides and glued them together with a string between.
If you've never made a spinner card before, there are many great tutorials on you tube on how to do that. It's pretty easy.

Have a crafty weekend!

Hugs, Henriette.

Wonky cake

Hi and Happy Saturday!
Today I'm sharing a card I've made with the Wonky Cake Set.

Wonky Cake Digital Stamps

It's a clean and simple card with a circle die impression background.
I saw this technique on Jennifer Mcguire's blog.

I did the coloring of the cute wonky cake digital stamp in photoshop.

The die impression technique is a simple and fun way to give a CAS card something extra. I hope you are inspired to try it also.

There is still time to enter this month's Pretty Cute Stamps challenge "lets celebrate".

You can link up your projects here.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a great weekend!

Baby Card

Hi crafty friends, I hope you've all enjoyed our Augusts release hop yesterday with all the wonderful creations from the design team!

Today I'm sharing card I made using the cute elephant stamp from the August release.

The stamp is not only suitable for a birthday card, but I thought it's also a cute image for a new baby card.

You can't see it in the picture, but the elephant has the same pattern as the background.
I have made this in photoshop by filling in the image with a pattern.
The word bubble is also made in photoshop.

This cute set (and so many more) are available at the Pretty cute stamps shop.

Enjoy the weekend! Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Henriette.

Hey, Little Sailor

Hi, Henriette here sharing a clean and simple card I've made using the cute Little Sailor set and the flag on the Sailmate set from the July release.

I colored all the digital elements in photoshop.
After coloring I rotated the flag and duplicate it and resized the boat so that it would look like a toy.
That is the benefit of using digital images, you can resize, duplicate and rotate them so easily.

For the backpanel and stitching on the sentiment I used dies from My favorite things.
This would make a cute card for a little boy.

I hope you have enjoyed my post. Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Henriette.

Birthday Fishes

Hi, Henriette here sharing a circle card I've made using these three stamp sets: Be a mermaidSeahorse and Hugs and Fishes.

   Be a Mermaid Digital Stamps

Seahorse Digital Stamps

Hugs and Fishes Digital Stamps

First I've made a background using watercolor paints. Then I printed the starfishes, seahorse and fishes on cardstock (printer setting: greyscale) and colored them with spectrum noir markers.

As you can see I was inspired by the movie "Nemo" when I was coloring the clownfish.

Thanks for stopping by today!
Don't forget to stop by again on July 11 for the first sneak peek day of the July release.
Have a great weekend.

Hugs, Henriette

Sea Ya Soon note cards

Hi, Henriette here from Card creations .... made by me with a series of note cards I've made.

I used the cute sea animals from the Sea Ya soon set and the some of the sentiments from the  Sea Life set.

Sea Ya Soon Digital Stamps

Sea Life Sentiments Digital Stamps

First I printed out all the animals (in grey scale) and colored them with my spectrum noir markers.
I die cut five panels in different shades of blue using digital paper with cute little scallops on it, kinda like waves.

I placed a sentiment, a sea animal on it and a few tiny shiny stars.

They sure make a cute bunch together and it's always convenient to have little note cards at hand.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hugs, Henriette.
