Game On

Hello everyone! It's Amber here, today I have a fun little mini card and matching gift bag to share. My card & gift bag features a bunch of different stamps from the Game On stamp set below. You can find the stamp set I'm using today in the shop HERE.

I used the fun little PlayStation controller and the "Game On" sentiment from the set for the front of my mini card.

I stamped the controller in black onto some teal cardstock and added my sentiment right below it in the same black ink. I distressed the edges of my teal cardstock before matting it with some textured black cardstock. After I had my stamped panel matted I adhered it to a 3 x 3 white card base.

For the inside of my card I stamped the "I love you more than you love video games" sentiment in black and added a few of the little mini stars that are included in the Game On set.

I thought it would be fun to create a little matching git bag so I stamped one to match. I started with a plain white mini gift bag from Canvas Corp and randomly stamped the front of it with some controllers and stars. After I had the front of my gift bag all stamped I added the fun little sentiment that reads "To my control freak" to the upper left side of my bag. I attached my sentiment with a staple and then added a mini black clothespin and some twine. I hope you enjoyed my project today. Thanks for visiting!

Rainbow Gift Bag and Mini Notes Set!

Karla here today! I have been so excited to get to play with all the amazing Spring themed stamps that came out with the March Release last week at Pretty Cute Stamps! If you haven't checked out the awesome blog hop be sure to click here for details. Since the New Release stamps are ON SALE until March 15th I just had to share another project using them, as well as the sweet Rainbow Gift Bag diecut project that Lisa created for this release!

I decided to create six mini 3x3 note cards to fit inside my Rainbow Gift Bag. Since I was on a rainbow roll ;) I made each card a different colour of the rainbow, layered some coordinating patterned papers and then a piece of white cardstock. I used stamps from each of the four new stamp sets - Grow, Rainbow, Spring Flowers and Rain or Shine. I used alcohol markers and paper piecing to colour in my images and then chose a coordinating sentiment to put on the inside of each card. I stamped a little bee and butterfly on the envelopes for each note card, which I made with my We R Memory Keepers 123 Punch Board - love!

Here's a close up of the front of each card:

I stamped a different sentiment on each side of my gift bag before popping up the outer clouds to give dimension. You can see the other sentiment in the first photo. I put my cards inside the envelopes and tied them with some pretty white ribbon, ready to give as a gift to a friend or teacher!

Here's this sweet gift bag:

Spook-WHAT?!?!?!~Sneak Peek

Hi beautiful crafters! I am so excited to share with you all my sneak peek for this WONDERFUL September release! You will definitely want to stick around as the Design Team has created some amazing projects to share.

Please remember, these stamps will be available for purchase during the big hop on
September 24, 2014.

My project for today features one of my favorite sets from this release called "Spooktacular"

ECK!!!

This is a bag from SU and I stamped it using Staz'On ink and a few of the cutie pie stamps from the "Spooktacular" stamp set. I filled it up with some yummy candy corn and it will go out to one of my good friends who is living in Dallas. A quick and easy gift that would be great for classmates or neighbors.

Thank you all so much for stopping by and don't forget to come back tomorrow to see Karla's amazing project!

And in case you haven't picked up the August release yet the bundle is still available for a great price.

Hugs and Creative Blessings,
Raven
