NEW Digital Stamps ~ October 2017

Hey, everyone! It's been such a long time! I've had some time and inspiration to focus on some digital stamp designs recently, so I have a couple of new Halloween and fall themed stamp sets for you today. I also digitized four sold out stamp sets. You can find all of these new stamp sets in the Pretty Cute Stamps Store HERE.

First, here are the two new sets:

And, here are the sold out clear stamp sets that are now available as digital stamps. Yay!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!

Lizard Love

Hello friends. Larissa here today with a little Lizard Love.
I stamped the two images from the set Leapin Lizards onto a white card front. I then colored them using Copic markers. I stamped the two sentiments from the same set as well. I didn't add sequins or twine this time. I was going for a more masculine card as well as keeping it plain and simple. I matted the card front on a piece of Perfect Plum cardstock and then adhered it all to a white card base.

Products Used:
Pretty Cute Stamps Leapin Lizards Clear Stamp Set

Copic Markers
Simon Says Stamps Intense Black Ink
Stampin Up Perfect Plum Cardstock
White Cardstock
ATG

Don't forget the clear stamp sets are no longer in production. Which means once they are sold out they will no longer be making more. So if you are wanting this set act now and order it. You won't be sorry on this or any of the clear stamps for that matter.

Have a wonderful day friends.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

What a fun day!!
Did you remember to wear green?  Did you pinch anyone, or get pinched yourself for not wearing green??  Do you have something fun planned for a meal that's a green food??
Whatever you do today, may the luck of the Irish be with you!
Even though this card looks like a St. Patrick's Day card, I actually
made it into a birthday card.
You have to use this cute leprechaun from the Lucky set for more than just once a year!

I paired him up with the new Rainbow set for the perfect lucky combo!
I also used the grass from the new Spring Flowers set, it was just right and actually fit perfectly across the bottom of my card.

For the inside, I stamped the birthday greeting from the Leapin' Lizards set along with a lucky clover from the Lucky set.
You can find all of the sets I used to create this fun card in the Pretty Cute Stamps Store.
For more details about this card, please visit my blog, www.stampingwiththedogs.blogspot.com
Happy Stamping!

BOO-YA!

Hello Stampers!!  I love 'whimsical'  Halloween and had a great time creating this stair step folding card.  I had a lot of fun looking through my collection of Pretty Cute Stamps to find other PCS sets that worked with the Spooktacular stamp set.

Mixing and matching up stamps is a great way to increase your stamps usage.  You might be surprised at exactly what will coordinate together.  Like my lizard wearing a witch hat.  Keeping with the Halloween color theme I removed the lizard's tongue and decided he should wear the witch hat. You never know when you might need eye of newt for a spell!

October 2015 Stamp Release Blog Hop Day 2

TGIF, everyone! Welcome to Day 2 of the Pretty Cute Stamps October 2015 Release Blog Hop. YAY! My design team have been sharing some fun projects yesterday and today that feature the newest Pretty Cute Stamps! Be sure to go back to check out yesterday's hop so you can see all of the awesome projects.

But first, I want to show you all of the new stamps you can purchase now in the Pretty Cute Stamps Store. Oh, and, most importantly...all of the new items (even the bundle) are ON SALE until 10:00 pm CST on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Woo HOO! Anyway...here they are. You can find all of these new items in the PCS store HERE.

These first two Nativity sets are TWICE AS BIG as my regular stamp sets. YEP! 6x8"! That's the only way I could fit all of those cuties on there. And, yes, the sweet baby Jesus is a separate stamp from the stable. :)

Here are the other sets from this release:

The SVG Outlines for the images on each of these new sets are also now available in the store. So, if you're not one who likes fussy-cutting around images and has access to an electronic cutting machine that can use SVG files, these could be a great resource for you. The stamp images are not included with these files...you need the stamp sets for those. Oh, and these SVG Outlines are also ON SALE until Tuesday night, too!

For my hop project, I decided to create a simple little birthday card using the camel from the Nativity 2 set and a sentiment from the Leapin' Lizards set. I kept the card simple by stamping the camel on kraft cardstock. So, I just needed to color a little of her using my colored pencils and then cut her out. Then, I added a birthday hat that I trimmed off of some patterned paper I had in my stash. I finished off the CAS card by using my ruler and a pen to draw a border around the card. So, you see...the Nativity sets aren't JUST for Christmas. ;)

Now I have a freebie for you from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. This Skating Bear Couple Cutting File will be available for FREE today only, then it will be available for purchase in the PPPR store. You can download this file by clicking on the photo below.

Okay, now how about a PRIZE????

Leapin' Lizards it's COLD outside!

Okay, so I realize in some parts of the Earth it's much colder than 18 degrees, but for New Mexico, trust me, that IS COLD! With that said, I'd like to think about summer for a minute.

Okay, maybe not summer, but definitely creatures you would see in the beautiful summer weather. For our super fun Sneak peeks, today, I wanted to focus on GIFTS. Because, it's Christmas time and I feel like it's also crunch time. So here is a cute gift you can make for neighbors, your primary class, classmates...the sky is the limit here.

Let me show you some pictures and then I will tell you how you can create your own with some simple supplies!

I keep things! Like a pack rat, but not really, I mean...it's organized! That doesn't count as a pack rat right? And who cares that my husband looks at me funny when I ask him to save his Altoids containers, they make cute storage for puzzles! P.S. You can cover that if you'd like but I like the look of it.

Supplies
1. Leapin' Lizards stamp set from the November Pretty Cute Stamps Release (due out on November 19).
2. Water Color Paper cut at 8x8 or the size you'd like your puzzle.
3. Water based stamp pads in the color of your choice. I use Stampin' Up inks to color but  you can use any water based ink really.
3. StazOn Ink
4. Paint brush

Optional supplies:
*Altoids container
*Die Cut Machine-I give alternatives to this below
*Laminator-I give alternatives to this below
*An acrylic block (used for both stamping your image as well as for coloring)

Directions
1. Cut a piece of water color paper to the size of your puzzle shapes (8x8) for this puzzle.
*If you do not have a die cutter you will be using your cutter to cut straight lines. If you want to be fancy use your scissors and cut out wavy lines! ECK

2. Using StazOn ink and the Leapin' Lizards stamp set, stamp your desired images all over your paper.

3. With your desired Water based inks "stamp" a small smidgen of ink onto your acrylic block. *If you don't have an acrylic block you can use wax paper or freezer paper it works the same.

4. With a paint brush pick up a small amount of your ink and get coloring. Work from the under part of the body up spreading your color in that direction as the under part of the body is normally darker. (For coloring I personally use watercolor pens but a paint brush will work as well)

*Optional- Laminate your image whole. (If you don't own a laminator you could seal your image with school glue or mod podge but you will need to be very liberal with it as it could smear your coloring and wait for it to completely dry prior to cutting anything.)

*Optional- Set your cutting machine to 7 or higher because you will need to cut through a thicker paper now. (You may have to pause your machine and increase your blade depth if you notice it is not cutting all the way through.)
I found a free Puzzle SVG online just by googling "Free Puzzle SVG".
-If you do not have a cutting machine you can now use your cutter and make squares. Alternatively you can use scissors and get creative.

Now decorate your altoids container and you are all set. Give this as a fun gift or keep it for yourself as a "purse entertainer" for your little ones!

Be sure to come back all week as the Design Team Gals have some FABULOUS projects to share with you! Trust me...I've seen them, so I speak the truth! ;)

Hugs and Creative Blessings,
Raven
