Hope you're FELINE better soon!

Hi crafty friends Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot.

Today is my day to post over at Pretty Cute Stamps blog and I would like to share a Get Well treat box I made using the adorable Pretty Cute Stamps "Cattitude" stamp set. Both the cat image and  sentiment are from the same stamp set.  I used Zig clean color real brush markers to color the cat.

Before putting the Gable Box together which is from Momenta dies, I inked up the printed paper and box with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.

After putting the box together and adding the cat to an action wobble, I than added glue to the box where ever I wanted to yarn to be.

Thank you for stopping by!

I've been on the lookout...

Hi crafty friends Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot.

Today I would like to share a card I made using the new Pretty Cute Stamp Meerkat Digital Stamps for the cute little meerkat and sentiment. I  colored the meerkat with spectrum noir markers and cut him out by hand. The two little hearts are from the  new Pretty Cute Stamp Hippo Digital Stamps that I glued them on transparent sewing thread.
I used some dies to cut the front layer of the card after printing out the sentiment.
I than used two circle dies to make a circle trim. I used foam tape to glue down the front layer of the card.

Thank you for stopping by!

You Stole a...

Hi crafty friends Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot. I hope everyone is doing well. I don't know about you but I can't believe we are in October already but I'm loving the Pumpkin Spice season.

Today I would like to share a cute little pizza card I made for my hubby for our 18 year anniversary. The pizza, heart and sentiment are from Pretty Cute Stamps "Snack Time" stamp set.
The card size is a 3X3 and I started by clear embossing the pizza image on a bigger piece of paper and than cut it down to the size I needed.
For the hearts I used a stencil and some distress ink.
I found a tutorial on Pinterest for the pizza and added a circle to the front of the box so the main colored pizza image would show.
I also used a stencil and some distress ink for the outside of the pizza box.
I stamped the sentiment on the inside of the card. The love is from a die and the hearts are from a punch.
I had fun putting this card together and love  how it came all together.

It's Your Birthday!

Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot. I hope everyone is doing well.

Today I would like to share a Birthday card I made in honor of our Pretty Cute Stamps "Let's Celebrate" challenge going on now till September 10th. To create my card I used the beer mug from Pretty Cute Stamps "Happy Hour Faces" and one of the faces as well (love that face).  I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Color Markers to color the beer mug, used a snow marker pen for the foam and cut it out by hand. The green water color circle I had in my scraps. For the arrows I used Pretty Cute Stamps "Awesome Arrows". The orange arrows I colored in with Time Holtz Distress ink and the sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Happy Hour Sentiments".

I cut the foam out a 2nd time and layered it on top so that it would pop more.

What I used:

Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink
Tim Holtz Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink
Spectrum Noir Markers CT3-CT2-CT1

Hope you can join us for the Pretty Cute Stamp "Let's Celebrate" challenge HERE.

Mermaid Card With Digital Stamp Layering Tutorial!

Hi Friends! Karla here, and I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We had a lot of rain and even a little hail this weekend, but you gotta take the rain with the shine right! I'm sharing a card I made with the new Mermaid Kisses Digital Stamp this month from Pretty Cute Stamps. If you haven't checked them out you'll be amazed! They are so darn cute, and so fun to work with!!

I used some pretty papers from the Boardwalk Collection from BoBunny and layered on my printed and coloured image from the Mermaid Kisses digital stamp set. Alcohol based markers, such as Copics or Prismacolor markers, work well with injet printers. I even added some Stickles and Gelly Roll pens to my project after colouring to add some shimmer.

Inside, I added this adorable sentiment, included in the set!

I've put together a bit of a tutorial to show you how easy it is to print out a layered image using PicMonkey - a free photo editing program you open in your browser - no downloading required.

1. Open PicMonkey and choose EDIT at the top of the screen. A box will pop up allowing you to choose your JPEG image from the images you've downloaded from Pretty Cute Stamps. For this card, I chose the Lounging Mermaid. This opens it on your screen.

2. To the left of your screen you now see the Editor and you can add the stamps you want to overlay. Choose the Butterfly icon which opens Overlays and choose 'Your Own' at the top of the screen. This opens the file folder you just opened the mermaid from.

3. Choose the digital stamp you want to overlay - in the PNG format. I chose the present file - click Open.

4. This opens the digital stamp onto your background (Mermaid). You can resize your image by placing your mouse cursor at one of the corners and making it as small or large as you wish. You can even change the colour and turn your image!

5. I made my present smaller and placed it on her hand as if she was holding it. For my actual card you can see I put a cupcake in her hand and added two layered presents in different sizes at the bottom.

7. You can even add a sentiment directly to the image! When you have your image just the way you want it you can save it by clicking Save at the top of the screen, then Save To My Computer on the left of the screen. MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR FILE AS A DIFFERENT NAME THOUGH so you don't overwrite the original file!

Now you can print your file from your computer, colour and enjoy!! Think how cute this image would be printed in a larger size and framed!

Here's a look at this cute digital stamp set!!
