Devoted to You!

Hello, I hope you are having a LOVEly day!
Here's a card that you could give to that "special" person in your life.
The stamp set I used is the adorable Otterly Amazing set.  I just love
all of the cute images!

I chose the otter pair for this card, and I have to admit that I had Valentine's Day in mind.
I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Spectrum Noir markers.
After I had the otters all colored up, I took that pretty light aqua color and colored all around them since they are floating in water.  Of course, I had to add in those sweet hearts and sparkle them up with some clear Wink of Stella.

I die cut the stamped piece out and layered onto a glitter doily and then onto some design paper and then some red cardstock and finally a square confetti speckled card.  The greeting would be perfect for anytime that you want to let someone know how much you care for them, but especially Valentine's Day :)
Thanks for stopping by, be sure to visit the Pretty Cute Stamps store for this set and so many other wonderful stamp sets!
Happy Stamping!
Janna :)

My Heart Beeps

Hello friends. Larissa back for my last card of 2015. I can't believe the year is gone. I am ready to start 2016 with a clean slate. Of course I made too many resolutions to list. I am hoping to at least keep a few.

With Christmas behind us, it is time to start thinking of Valentine's cards.
Today that is exactly what I have for you.

I am using Botday and Gears to You.

I stamped the images on a square piece of white cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. I added the sentiment from Gears to You set.
For the card base I used Gray ink and stamped the gears all over the front. Then using a Red ink I stamped a few hearts here and there.
I adhered the square to the card base using a adhesive tape runner.

To finish off the card on the inside I stamped the little girl robot in Gray ink on a piece of Gray cardstock.  I then stamped the gears and the sentiment as well.

And that is it. A simple cute Valentine for your loved one.

I hope you enjoyed my card today. Have a Safe New Years Eve and a Blessed New Year.

Crafty Pocket Page Scrapbook Layout!

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas! Karla here, and we certainly did! Today I wanted to share a crafty Project Life page I made using the Happy Crafting and Sew Amazing stamp sets from Pretty Cute Stamps.

I had some cute pics of my girls working on some crafty projects and these stamped images were the perfect embellishments to add to my pockets. I used some sewing themed paper from Carta Bella, added my photos and then my stamped images.

I cut the coordinating SVG outlines with my Cricut Expore, stamped them with Memento Ink and coloured them in with Prismacolor Markers. This little girl from the Happy Crafting set is so cute! I love how she can hold whatever crafty supplies up I choose!

I gently curved this Scrapbooking stamp while on the acrylic block so it would fit on my arrow sticker.

The Sew Amazing set was perfect to layer on this sewing themed journaling card!

Here's a look at these stamp sets:

Using the Tea-RRIFIC Stamp Set

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! We sure did...it was so nice to finally have some time together and to simply relax at home. Many people travel around this time of year and visit loved ones and special friends. I thought it would be fun to create a little "thank-you" of sorts for giving along with some tea to express our thanks for extended hospitality! This stamp combo from the Tea-rrific stamp set was perfect!

I am going to be giving it to a special friend that hosted a friendly visit for us, along with a little box of tea for a small hostess gift.

I added a bit of color to the inside of the card too with some added paper and a little tab of ribbon attached with a simple staple.

Wishing you and yours time to enjoy the simple things, together!

What's brewing?

With the gift giving season upon us I decided to create tag/gift card holder.  What's better than having a coffee themed tag for the coffee shop cards.  The gift cards just go into the back side in a pocket I created.

I started out with the fabulous Coffee Faces stamp set.  I stamped the cups in white pigment and embossed them, although it's hard to see in the picture. I added in some fun alphabet tiles to create my little sentence.  This is going to be just perfect for coffee shop gift cards my kids are giving to teachers this holiday.

Get ready for the new challenge that starts on December 19th, the theme is Anything Goes!  Come join us.

Happy Crafting,

Melissa

Double Dipping!

Hello fans!
Today I am double dipping into the Gingerbread jar...
as I use the Gingerbread set

from Pretty Cute Stamps, to inspire you!

First up...
Christmas...

Admittedly, I am terrible at sending our Christmas cards. I send all sorts of cards...
but December is so craycray, than I just don't get around to doing it.
But...this Gingerbread house is so sweet! It is definitely getting popped into the mail today!
Don't you love the candy colors?
Your holiday card will pop among the red/green and blue/white cards on someone's mantle when you use a candy colored color combo!

Next...
New Year's Resolutions...

If you are saying good bye to gummies and hello to the gym...
here is one last hurrah to get you motivated..
or at least smiling!

I'm sure you are now inspired to be all goody-goody on your new year's diet!
But, come back on Saturday.
I have one more design using Gingerbread House for next month's PCS challenge!
It is so sweet that you won't want to miss it!

Thanks for stopping by during this busy holiday season.
I hope your "to do" list is getting checked off...
no stress...
lots of love and smiles!
