Happy Birthday

Hi, and Happy Sunday!

Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot. I hope everyone is doing well.

I would like to share a pocket card I made using PCS Wish Big stamp set for the cake and PCS Awesome Arrows. I stamp both stamp images with  memento luxe tuxedo black ink and than added some clear embossing and colored them with Zig clean color real brush markers. The circle is from MCT Bunch of fun circle die set

 Stamps I used:
 PCS Awesome Arrows
 PCS Wish Big stamp set

This card will also work for the current PCS challenge we have going on now till March 12th. Click HERE for more info.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Birthday Gift Card Holder

Hi friends, thank you so much for stopping by this Saturday! Joann here today sharing a super simply gift card holder using PCS Wish Big stamp set!

I started out by cutting my gift card holder using CTMH Artiste Cartridge out of some #110 Neenah Solar White card stock and cut some pattern paper to wrapped it around my gift card holder.

Taking a stitched circle die and some ink, I stamped the cake image from the Wish Big stamp set onto it and took the phrase "It's your birthday" and stamped that on top.

I also decided to decorate the inside with more pattern paper and another fabulous sentiment from the same stamp set! I finished off my gift card by adding some ribbon to help keep it closed!

Well that is all that I have for you today! Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you have a fabulous day!

Swimming By To Say "Happy Birthday"

Hi All!
I get busy working on birthday cards this time of year and I have
made this super fun card to show you today!

I had so much fun putting this card together!  I stamped those cute Dolphins from the Sea Ya Soon set, colored them with Spectrum Noir markers and fussy cut them out along with the sun from the Sunshiny Day set.
I die-cut the waves and layered them onto a blue card making sure that I left space un-glued to tuck the dolphins in.  I popped up the sun and the tops of the dolphins for added dimension.
The greeting is also from the Sea Life Sentiments set, and I used the Happy Birthday from that set for the sentiment inside.
You can find all of these stamps sets in the Pretty Cute Stamps store.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and Happy Stamping!
Janna :)

I Don't Do Mornings

Hello friends. How many of you are coffee drinkers? Do you drink 1 or 2 cups in the morning? Or do you drink it all day?
I am a little addicted to coffee. I need a few cups in the morning and sometimes drink it through out the day.

Today I pulled out one of my favorite sets Coffee Faces.

I took a piece of Kraft cardstock and used Kraft ink to stamp the cups all around cardstock. Then I used Distress Ink to sponge the edges.
I stamped the pot of coffee and colored it using Copic markers. I cut it out with a pair of detail scissors. The sentiment I stamped using clear ink and and embossed it in a gold embossing powder.

I matted the card front onto a piece of dark brown cardstock then adhered it onto a white cardbase.

Hope you enjoyed my post today.
Have a wonderful day friends.

From Our Gnome to Yours

Hello, Pretty Cute Stamp fans! Hope you are having a fabulous week! I am excited to share my project with you today!

I am working with the super fun Gnomies stamp set!

Last month I was lucky enough to win a set of ZIG markers. I am finally breaking them out and giving them a try! So, my first step to create this card was to stamp the images in a light ink color. The next step was to start coloring the images in with the different ZIG markers. Once the paint dried, I rounded the corners and added a few cloud diecuts. The girl gnome is cut out and attached to the scene. A simple sentiment is stamped onto the larger cloud.

Thank you for stopping by today!

February Calendar using Planner Stamps and More!

Hi friends! Karla here today. I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful weekend! The sun has been out, the snow is melting, and even though it's still a little chilly, it does feel like spring is coming soon! Today, I wanted to share our family's monthly calendar with you and the way I use the awesome stamps from Pretty Cute Stamps to plan the month.

I picked this planner up at Costco in the fall and really love the large spaces it has for keeping track of our family activities. At the beginning of each month I sit down and fill out everything I know that is scheduled, and then as things pop up I put them on throughout the month. My go to stamps each month are the School Planner and Everyday Planner stamp sets. Then I choose from the other sets I have depending on what is going on. You can see some stamps from the Happy Crafting set on the 3rd and 12th, and stamps from the Be Mine set on the 13th and 14th.

This month I've added a Happy Birthday for my hubby's birthday from the Little Llama set on the 24th. The coffee cup on the 23rd is from the Coffee Faces set (with a heart from Little Llama). On the 8th and 24th I used stamps from the Great Chemistry set as well.

I like to decorate the top of the calendar, and this month I used the Eskimo Kisses set. Love this cute girl and igloo! After stamping I coloured in the girl with coloured pencils, and I stamped the igloo with a Kaleidoscope ink pad, adding shading with my pencils. I love using these variegated ink pads for my planner and calendar stamping - I can choose a particular colour within a pad or stamp the colours together to get a different look.

Here's a look at the cute planner stamps I've used, and you can have a look at all the fun PCS planner stamps here.

Thanks so much for joining me today! Hope you have a fun and crafty week!

Have a Slothsome Sunday!

When I asked Lisa to send me the Slothsome stamp set this month along with this month's releases I couldn't wait for it to arrive in the mail!  I was so excited to create with it once it was discovered in my mailbox. It's soooooooo cute!!! LOVE this little guy. I have a feeling I'll be using him over and over again.

I kept things pretty simple and just did some layering for my card background with different patterned papers and added some washi tape for a bit of interest.  I did my coloring with my copics and that was that! I didn't get a picture, but I added a strip of the washi tape to the inside of my card too.

I hope you are truly enjoying a somewhat "slothesome" Sunday!! It is the day of rest after all!  :)

Thanks for stopping by!
