Pretty Cute Stamps Design Team Call!!!!

Hey, everyone!  I'm excited to let you know that I'm ready to add some talented stampers to the Pretty Cute Stamps Design Team. Design team members will help me showcase products from Pretty Cute Stamps.  

Here are the details about my DT Call:

For the Pretty Cute Stamps Design Team, I'm looking for crafters who:

1.  Are willing and able to use clear photopolymer stamps on projects. Being able to color stamped images is a plus, but not required. I'm also looking for crafters who can use sentiments with cutting files, gifts, and other crafts.

2.  Have a blog where they post regularly.  Showcasing projects in well-lit, well taken photos is important.

3.  Are active on Facebook...Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube are pluses, too!

4.  Are able to post a project that uses Pretty Cute Stamps products at least every other week on the PCS blog and their own.

5.  Are willing to participate in at least one Blog Hop per month and a challenge for Pretty Cute Stamps.

6.  Are able to serve for at least 6 months, from September 2015 - February 2016.

Design Team members will receive free stamps and discounts from http://www.prettycutestamps.com. 

Here's what you need to do if you're interested in being a part of the PCS Design Team:

1. Choose 3 of your favorite projects.  They can be projects you've created in the past or new ones you make just for this DT Call. Be sure you include projects that show off a range of your talents, including your use of stamps, including any coloring techniques you may use. 

2.  E-mail the following information to dtcall@prettycutestamps.com:

• Your name
• Short bio (just tell me a little about yourself...family, work, hobbies, what you love...anything you'd like me to know)
• Links to your blog, Facebook page and/or profile, Twitter page, Pinterest, YouTube channel, etc, if applicable.  
• List other Design Teams you belong to (past and present).
• List any craft-related forums, communities, or Facebook groups you are a member of (where you might be posting your PCS projects).
• Attach photos of your 3 projects (mentioned above).  Include links to the blog posts of the projects, if applicable.
• Attach a photo of yourself that I can post on my blog if you are chosen for the team.

Applications are due by Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 11:59 pm CST.  New Design Team members will be notified by e-mail and then announced on the PCS blog on Saturday, August 8, 2015.

You are Sew.....Amazing!

Happy Monday! Karla here, and I'm sharing the most adorable sewing stamp set with you today - Sew Amazing!

Even though I don't do as much sewing as I used to, I still love it and it always reminds me of my Nanny, who was an amazing seamstress. So, as soon as I saw this super cute stamp set in the June/July New Releases I knew I had to have it!

I paper pieced the sewing machine and sweet pincushion, which I added the little face to. Then I stamped my white background with a zigzag stitch border, using a marker directly on the stamp. As you probably know I'm a big fan of all the cute sayings included with each set, and I stamped a sentiment directly on a handcut banner before adding a stamped paperpieced heart button.

I coloured my needle and thread in with Distress Markers as well as adding some highlights to my buttons and paperpieced images.

Inside, I added the rest of my sentiment, the straight stitch stamp and some more cute buttons!

Sew Cute!

Hi Stampers!

It's me, Janna, and I wanted to show you this card that I made using the new set, Sew Amazing.

Now you don't need to be a seamstress or even sew at all to still have fun playing with this cute set!

I paper-pieced the sewing machine and all the papers are by Doodlebug.  I used a little measuring tape Washi to anchor the sewing machine.  The stitching and buttons are all stamps from this great set!

Woo HOO! The newest Pretty Cute Stamps are here! Welcome to the Pretty Cute Stamps June/July 2015 Release Blog Hop. YAY! My amazing Design Team and I have some super cute projects to show you today that we created using the very newest PCS stamps.

Okay, here's my project using the SEW cute stamp set: Sew Amazing:

I'm always moving all over the place, so it seems like I'm always missing someone. So, I thought this would be the perfect little card to make with this set. I got the little pin cushion and the sentiment from the Sew Amazing stamp set, and I used the SVG Outlines for the set to cut out the little guy, and I colored him using my Copic markers. I also added a cute little face to him because I just couldn't resist. 

I also created a fun little shaped card with one of the freebies for today. I wanted to show how this little cutie goes together when you cut it out. I stamped a fun sentiment from the Knit Happens set:

You can see, below, how the file works. The legs form two little tabs that you can tuck the yarn ball behind. How cute is that?

June/July Sneak Peek Day 3

Happy HUMP DAY! We're back with our final day of sneak peeks before the stamp release tomorrow. So, let's just jump right in:
